WINE DESCRIPTION

The Godello grape provides wines that give off delicate aromas of great subtlety. Pale yellow with iridescence and lemon yellow flashes, very bright and clean. Fragrant aromas of ripe fruits and aniseed floral background, very delicate with citrus notes that give it freshness.

It is a very fresh wine and also very tasty, well balanced and has an acidity that brings joy.

It is easy to drink and very persistent. It offers a clean and fruity finish.

Soil Composition: Stony with the presence of slate, quartzite and other minerals

Altitude: 550 meters.

ELABORATION

Fermentation with native yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. 

CONSUMPTION

Advisable consumption temperature between 10º and 12ºC.
